The staff tried to do their best but unfortunately incompetent. Manager was not available

First of all, this hotel doesn't deserve a 5 star rating in every aspect. Non functional bathroom Our entrance to the room was in the small lobby from the hotel with no privacy, but the worst was that our daughter staying at the property next door was not allowed on the premises We had to book her in the hotel next door as there was no availability in the hotel. Our daughter was rudely approached to leave We clearly didn't want to stay anymore in this environment and tried to be in contact with the manager who was not available nor in person or by phone. We have received no refund or any token of compassion Horrible experience and ask booking herewith not to rate this hotel in this category. Will also contact SLH with the same request
