Pool area was nice and clean. Apartment was spacious

Booking.com did not highlight the impossible access issues regarding the number of steps to the apartment. This made our stay with a baby and buggy extremely difficult to navigate. We had to pay our driver additional money to help get our luggage to the apartment due to the difficulty with so many steps. Please contact me directly regarding this.

there is one couple who live there and there do not like people enjoying themselves there also very rude and you can tell that these people do not have kids.

Beautiful view from the apartment, you able to see Nerja and the stars at night. The pool was well located, clean with the trees giving enough shade and there was available beach beds free to use. Toilet at pool was providing first aid. Apartment was clean, comfortable for a family of 4. Wonderful location, and taxi cost 7.50-8€ to town center. I also really liked the welcome water, and milk in the fridge at our arrival. Kitchen fully supplied and dish washer is awesome, quick wash and clean plates out.

Not enough parking available for guest, also very tight to get in and out from the car park. Need extra clean pillows with pillow cover on for guest. The pillow was too flat and uncomfortable and the AC in the twin room was not working properly. Twin room bathroom shower too small and there is a horrible smell coming from the shower drain. Wish there was new box of available coffee/tea to drink. Apartment rules on departure should be displayed in the apartment, not sent via email.

The villa and facilities were amazing and the staff were extremely helpful. The pool is a real asset. 10-15 min walk into Nerja where the town and atmosphere is great! Highly recommended!
