Breakfasts were good. Staff were very helpful. A cafe/restaurant nearby did great evening meals.

The building was being renovated and our room had no view, as we had hoped.

The staff have been very accommodating and considerate when we requested to extend our stay, especially given the unexpected circumstances. Their support truly made a difference and is greatly appreciated

I like the unlimited freshly brewed coffee. Comfy beds and cold AC in our room 302.

They were renovating that time so we just have to cooperate. My hubby and our lawyer staying at room 301 were complaining that theirs wasn't that cold especially during the afternoon they even borrowed one of our fan to help the aircon. But still its not as cold as ours.

The location is in downtown and near many commercial establishments like malls, convenience stores, cafes and even a hospital. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Free water as always because of the dispenser. Unlimited brewed coffee too. We also like the bathroom with very strong water flow.

We found it odd that there was a window positioned in the hallway. But this is forgiveable.

The staff were kind

THERE IS NO PARKING. Instead they offered that their staff park my car in the properry owner's house 200 meters away. This is unacceptable esp we have a baby. I did not push trhough with tbe bookkng even if its paid already. Thats wasted money. Theyre kind and all, but llease declare this upfront.

Value for money

The noise from different areas..construction, Footsteps and shouting from people outside.

Netflix, great wifi and my child loved the rubik cube challange where you get a free breakfast if you can solve it. The beds were really comfortable and lots of storage under bed for luggage. Also available in reception area free coffee and water. Remember to ask for kettle at reception

The stairwells at night are only lit when the sensor detects your there
