Not a lot

No equipment in kitchen- 5 mugs. A shelf that’s barely hanging on, insects that appear overnight on fridge if you aren’t on top of cleaning. Old towels, dodgy bathroom window, furniture tired, not very clean! Mosquitoes despite it not being hot as right next to river and a set of rules that makes you wonder what you are paying for!

Was very nice location only 3 min walk to the beach. privet pool kids was so happy. everything was nice clean. Lovely and friendly owner. we was family of six people 2 adults and 4 kids we had very nice time. recommended.

Location, pool, quite neighborhood

Bed linens were dirty, no dishwasher, no dish washing supplies, no vacuum cleaner.

The villa is pretty and cosy with basic amenities. The location is very convenient and calm, on most nights it was really quiet unlike closer to the main road. There are plenty of small grocery stores nearby as well as restaurants. The kitchen is OK for simple cooking. The patio and garden were really pleasant and we enjoyed spending our evenings there!

The cookware could be improved. Also as mentioned by some other guests, there is a foul smell in some of the wardrobes, but I didn't find that to be such of a big deal. Mosquito nets would be useful in at least some windows, but again this wasn't a big issue as the temperature was not very high during our stay and windows could be kept shut in the night.

Property location was excellent and seamless to check in and out.

Very limited utensils in the kitchen e.g no chopping board. Also no wine glasses, so had to purchase a number of items from local shops to utilise the kitchen facilities. A sign to say no food on the main counter or cupboards as it attracts ants but ok on the other side.

The house is located close to very nice beach. The swimming pool was great with kids. Also the host was friendly and helped if we had any issues.

The kitchen was not well-equipped and was missing eg proper cutting board and kitchen knifes. The house is a bit worn out and particularly kitchen would need a bit of updating. As the house is located close to wetlands there are many mosquitos throughout the day.
