コロナ感染防止対策でサウナは中止となっていたのが少し残念でしたが、お湯の肌触りはよかったです。化粧水、乳液、ヘアリキッドなども備え付けてありよかったです。

"温泉最高！"

ホテル内にある馬門温泉、歴史もあり雰囲気のある温泉でした。特に青森ヒバで造られて味わい深く周りの雪が更におもむきを感じさせてくれました。お湯から上がったら水分補給大切ですよね。このホテルはサーバーに爽健美茶が用意されて居ました。

"親切なホテルですね"

野辺地駅までお迎えに来ていただき大変助かりました。 ホテルまでは１５分くらいかかったと思います。 お部屋はスイートルームを選んで2泊しました。お食事は 朝の場合完全な日本食です。個人的にはパンとかがあってもいいかなと思います夕食は、海の幸豊富な献立でした。 好き嫌いはは別として東北感バッチリでいいんじゃないでしょうか。今度は夏に行ってみたいと思いました。

ホタテをたくさん使った料理が美味しかった。 料理を残すのがすごく罪悪感を感じるので、量が程よくて良かった。 子連れだったのだが、スタッフの方の心遣いがありがたかった。 またぜひ利用したい。

誕生日のお祝いで旅行させて頂きましたが、サプライズ企画にも快く引き受けて頂き、とても素敵な誕生日会を開催出来ました。当人がコロナを非常に気にしてる為、そういった安全面もお宿に気を配って頂き、大変素晴らしい旅行になりました。恩返しにまた来たいです。なかなか大変なご時世で、通常時よりお客様の入りが少ないと思うのですが、従業員様方が通常時と変わらず、より一層のサービスや笑顔で接客していたことに胸打たれました。私自身、旅行に抵抗は感じるところもありましたが、行って良かった、と心底感じるまかど観光ホテル様でした。

"まかど"

２連泊でしたが両日共美味しい食事でした。夕食はもちろんですが朝食の品数の多さにびっくり! 朝からご飯のおかわり３杯、味噌汁２杯もした家族にさらにびっくりでした。 温泉もちょうど良い熱さで朝夕楽しめました。
