"Great basic room at a great price."

Easy access to highway, clean rooms with no questionable carpets. Full kitchen.

Cumbersome check-in process, ambivalent front desk staff, no in-room coffee.

There were construction workers staying above us and it was VERY loud.

Using the TV to connect to the internet, specifically YouTube! That is an excellent feature all hotels should offer, as far as I know you're the only one offering it, Bravo!

It was near a highway and with the windows closed it was still a little noisy.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The towels were the size of postage stamps, had to ask for coffee in the morning since the coffee urn was empty. The young man acted like I was asking him to drive to Starbucks! They do not have a quiet time, we were kept awake until 3am by a large party on the floor above us. I will not be back.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing, but satisfactory, considering the overall cost and the very nice room. The luggage trolley had a bad wheel.
