Food expensive and edible but unexciting

The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was immaculate—spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with every modern amenity one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep with luxurious linens and a stunning view to wake up to. The breakfast buffet offered a wide range of fresh, high-quality options, catering to all dietary needs. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service. Every staff member I interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely dedicated to making my stay memorable. Whether it was concierge recommendations, housekeeping. I would gladly return and recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a top-tier, luxury experience.

We stayed in a five-bedroom villa with a group of 10, including kids, teens, and adults, for a total of five nights. The villa itself was very nice—well-built, high quality, and equipped with most of what we needed. It’s in a great location, with a beautiful beach just steps away. The personal service via WhatsApp was efficient, friendly, and very helpful. We also enjoyed a few meals at the on-site restaurant—excellent food and attentive service. Overall, it was a great property for our group. That said, there were a few things that felt out of place for a five-star rated facility. For example, charging for instant coffee and tea bags in the villa seemed unusual, especially since many lower-star hotels offer these for free. It’s a minor detail, but still a bit odd. Also, while the villa could accommodate 10 people, it only had four sunbeds outside. We requested more but were told none were available. The villa featured several balconies and a large rooftop terrace, yet none of them were furnished—unlike some of the neighboring villas we noticed, which had outdoor furniture on all their balconies. That felt like a missed opportunity. Daily cleaning was provided, and the pool was checked every day, which was great. However, we were slightly disappointed that the leaves around the pool area weren’t regularly cleaned up. Despite these small issues, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the property. Hopefully, with a few improvements, it can truly live up to its five-star

Beautiful huge villa, very well equiped, big private pool. The sea is just a few steps and the beach is beautiful. Delicious breakfast.
