There is not much to say. Staff will say something but will not do it. For example they said they will provide Wi-Fi even on my fifth night they have not provided that.

Wi-Fi has not been provided even on the fifth day. Staff keep on making excuses. What kind of a hotel is this? Whereas booking.com has listed it as having free Wi-Fi. I don't think I will be staying at this hotel again. In order for me to connect with my friends and family abroad Wi-Fi is a necessity including keeping up with the news. 100% disappointed. Even though the booking was for two nights I extended it for a further.

I came through booking.com and it was great that we would get Wi-Fi. This is the 5th day and I am still without Wi-Fi. Staff keep on making excuses. I need the wi-fi but they have not provided for a single minute. What booking.com agreed has not provided at all. I'm very disappointed. I will not be travelling to this hotel again since Wi-Fi allows me to contact my friends and family abroad.

16.10.2023 I have telephoned many times (from the United Kingdom) to the hotel on the mobile number given on the website, and nobody seems to answer. You need to spare about 20 minutes to get someone to answer, even then they cannot speak English, and without any answer, they disconnect the phone. I think because they are using their mobile they don't want to use their Rupee. After about another 10 minutes they will locate a person who can communicate in basic English. Breakfast was not really good. No options available

I was told the Wifi wasn't working. The next morning during check out I was told that the WiFi was working at night. Rather disappointing and strange. Not sure if I'll stay here again

Outlook of the hotel was good. Rooms were clean.

Electric kettle or coffee maker was not provided exhaust fan of washroom was not working throughout the stay. Wifi also was not working. Breakfast being provided was repetitive. Poor part was that my friends staying in same hotel got better rooms at lower price than mine. I was informed that if I had booked the hotel directly, my rates would have been lesser.
