Phoenicia Royal Hotel

The room was not properly cleaned there was no hot water in the evening for a shower.

The room looks just like the pictures. I got what was advertised.

The carpets on the hallways are dirty and stained with paint or something else. The room had a bathtub next to the window (in the room) but the window was extremely dirty on the outside and stained with bird poo. The curtains in the room have fallen pieces from their tracks and nobody puts the back. These are certainly things that I don’t expect to find in a 5 star hotel

Breakfast and lunch was included.

Staff was not very helpful when needed. Rooms weren't being cleaned. Internet was not very reliable at times. No gym or spa for this price was available in the resort.
