USLocation was good. Innkeepers were very friendly. Delicious cookies in the room.
Parking was very difficult but we managed.
GBThe hosts must love their job, you cannot fault their friendly professional approach. The room, though on the small side was great for our stay, we do travel quite a lot and this is the first place where a flask of fresh milk for your morning cuppa was outside your room by 7am. The breakfast was first class; you leave your selection in the hall and it is ready and freshly cooked for you next day. Car parking nearby is a major problem, but so is it all over Hawes.
The car parking could be a problem I do have mobility issues and we coped fine. Those with mobility problems might find the steps to the entrance a problem, but we coped. The TV was a pain to keep having to retune every time we switched off, but as I said, it is a minor inconvenience and does not detract from the quality of the rest of the facilities
