We didn’t manage to open the safety door to the terrasse despite instructions. The owners said they would sent someone but nooone ever arrived even after repeated requests. So we could not fully enjoy the terrasse like it was intended. That was disappointing.

The house is spacious and clean , the beds and bedding comfortable. 2 lounge areas were very nice , modern kitchen , useful utility and plenty of hot water. The garden is large , lovely plants with comfortable sun loungers & the bbq was lovely in the evening. Upon our arrival the cleaning staff were still working in the property until 5.30pm. The gardener and hot tub engineer both carry out their weekly 2 hour scheduled duties during our stay ,we were asked to vacate the garden whilst they worked. The house is north facing and takes a while for the sun to enter the garden & house making it dark in the mornings. The jacuzzi is very old & not hot enough. The main bathroom is tired and needs attention . Heavy steel grids cover every window & doors, the front door is steel, also the entry gate. Makes the property very secure but in the case of emergency or fire difficult to escape.

Pictures don't do justice to how great the view from the villa is. It was fantastic to have breakfast and relax in the jacuzzi looking at Teide. There was more than enough space for us four and the villa was well equipped. We were always able reach the host when needed.

Beware that the front door will get locked without you actually locking it and you only have one set of keys so take care that you have the keys with you when you close the door. You won't get out of the gate either in case you don't have the keys or remote control.

The house itself is amazing, the view of the volcano, the jacuzzi, the kitchen area, all great ! We had a big storm on arrival, the host sent gardeners to clean everything the next day

Not fan of the pillows, they were small and square, i just bought one extra. It would be great to be able to set the Jacuzzi a few degrees warmer for the night, specially for december.

Quiet private location good views nice garden. Well equipped kitchen. Nice main bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom. Outside dining and bbq.

All windows and doors had fixed metal grills like a prison cell. No emergency exits. Jacuzzi in the garden is very old-fashioned. The second bedroom and bathroom are very small. Despite the advert, there are no hiking trails from the property. No local shops or bars within walking distance

It was beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The garden was gorgeous and the views stunning.
