Such a lovely stay, Gemma and John are amazing hosts. Such a lovely place nice and quiet area but not far from the centre and have a few route options. The room was lovely and breakfast was lovely too. Both me and my fiance want and will stay here again.

We had such a lovely stay at the hotel, the facilities were lovely and clean and the hosts were extremely welcoming. It was my first time staying over in Skegness and I can safely say that if I were to come again I would stay here without hesitation. The room had everything I needed, lovely and clean and such a quiet area which was an added bonus, also within a 10 minute walk of pretty much everything you'd need which makes this location is perfect. Thank you so much for everything

The owners clearly take great pride in The Fountaindale. Newly decorated, super clean and real attention to detail to ensure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast was great too. I will return if I’m in Skegness again

Gemma and John are excellent hosts, very friendly and welcoming, they both could not do enough for you us during our stay. Provided a pack up breakfast for us on the first morning we stayed. Can thoroughly recommend The Fountaindale
