Really good location, walking distance from the sights around but need to take grab or taxi to get to penang hill or temple. Had a water filling station in the lobby which was great for hot days.
When we arrived the room had not been cleaned properly and there was hair all over the floor but the staff were amazing and we were happy to clean it again. The worst part was the smell, unrecognisable but smelled of burning. Other guests agreed that they could smell it and were unhappy too.

Good location
There were small flies running on the bedside table. Contacted the owner and he offered to move us but wasn’t convince the next room would be any different. I asked for a refund and this is currently waiting to be processed
