"Very calm, green and central!"

Very comfortable beds, beautiful gardens, possibility to sit outside on the terraces. Mr. Jiva the responsible for the guests was always very helpful and arranged the transport for me to Sanur!

"Tranquil comfort, enjoy local Ubud!"

A perfect sanctuary for visiting Ubud! Locally owned and operated, the hospitality was exceptional. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotless. I stayed with 2 other friends, each with our own rooms. It felt very private. The neighborhood of Penestanan has plenty of awesome cafes and restaurants. Venture to downtown Ubud by foot or motorbike if you want. We loved staying here and will definitely be back for our next trip.

"Serene but not so convenient"

The rooms are beautifully presented, clean & very comfortable. Lovely attentive staff, and I loved the large pool for refreshing up. Definitely is good value for money, just note it’s further to walk to town 20-30min with a very steep hill. This was only problematic for me because I have a bad knee- otherwise it will be fine for most

Not any true local restaurants close by- most down road are western influence

Just a lovely quiet hideaway from intensity of Ubud. Staff are so nice. I love the beautiful original artwork around the villas and the gardens are gorgeous and kept well.

It is a homely feeling hotel, especially the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The location is in sayan around a lot of cafes and restaurants, but not as noisy as the center. The bed is very big and comfortable, good value for money.

If there is a laundry room would be better.

"Disappointing"

Staff were friendly and helpful when we requested an alternate room due to mould and smell.

Breakfast was not included (contrary to what was advertised). When questioned about this we were told we could just go up the street to find something. Staff member contacted me after we had left to ask for "donation".
