Modern Motel

This place was disgusting. Roaches everywhere. I had no choice but to sleep there because I was so tired from working two days straight at the fire dept. I was woken up in the middle of the night by a roach crawling on me. The front desk talked to me through a little window and I could barley hear him. He wouldn’t speak up and he made me give him my credit card thru a little hole. I came into my room with a wet towel in the floor and when I moved it a family of roaches crawled out. This place truly sucked.

The location was convenient and quick check out.

Grey towels, no pillows. Roaches in the room the Raid wouldn't do anything to them.

The overall cleanliness was very poor bed sheets were stained and had burn holes there was smell of cigarettes sinks were also stained trashed under beds pillows were stained worst motel ive ever been to

Rooms were clean.

I didnt even get to stay the nite i booked and when trying to Expedia for a refund or ro switch hotelsnif possible ingot no answer or call back

There were no refrigerators or microwaves and the staff was rude

No tv or refrigerator there was roaches toilet didnt work

The pictures of the hotel was very false leading. The bathroom was disgusting! There was a used bandaid on the door. Amongst the COVID right now that was what took the cake. That just tells me they don’t care much about health and safety of their customers. We would’ve canceled if we had another place to stay and the cancellation fees weren’t ridiculous. When we walked in there was roaches all over the floor. We pulled the sheets back and found more dead roaches. That’s right in the bed, there was dead roaches in the sheets. As soon as we walked in the restroom there were some in the shower crawling. Absolutely unacceptable for a 140$ stay. Never in my life again.
