Everything-Great Place! And so welcoming to my pup!

The rooms are retro 50’s and 60’s. Very clean and interesting. Nice and roomy. Slept well because there were distractions during the night.

We had a homeless man walking through the parking lot in the morning. One young woman was loading her and the homeless guy stopped to talk to her and was a little scary so we hesitated loading our car until he left. Everything was ok.

Beware! This hotel will not honor their “member pricing” if you don’t watch them. We used a different CC to make the reservation but wanted to pay with a different one when we got there. They charged both cards! AND they billed both cards the non member price! For one night they billed my cards twice for$318. It should’ve been $100 less. Then we check out, get a receipt for $224. Come home. There $632 missing from our account and the person on the phone was very unconcerned. She said it will show back up in your account within 5 business days. Lady you made the mistake not me!!!!!! At least act like you’re sorry for the inconvenience. What a mess. I will never stay in one of their hotels again. And if you like a hard mattress, you will love it. I do NOT like a hard mattress. Felt like I was laying on a hardwood floor. Not worth the money even at $224 a night.

The property is really cool and really beautiful

I was extremely disappointed in the pet fees. I booked online and it said charges may applied so I assumed it was like most hotels where it was about $25-$50. However, they charged $150 which was $30 more than my own stay.
