I like the atmosphere, the yard set-up, especially during the evenings

The pillows were too soft, which might be preferable for others. Additionally, there's an $18 amenities fee that's not reflected in the initial price.

The pool, given the chill in the air, could have been a little warmer.

The hotel is very cool. I didn't get to enjoy a lot of the outdoor area due to this being a work trip. It was pretty, and the room was very unique. The TV was great and I enjoyed the ability to easily log into my streaming options. The ice boxes outside the room were also neat.

The shower! Mine had tons of mildew in it. The shower was also such an odd thing. The water pressure about knocked me on my butt! I was able to turn it down, but the setup was just odd. I checked with my coworker, who said the same thing. The curtain was also too long (which contributed to the mildew) and somehow billowed into the shower, sticking to me. The hotel gives you a free beer or water when you arrive, but you end up overpaying for everything else. There was a fully stocked full-sized fridge in my room with snacks, but it was all quite overpriced. That is to be expected, but still, $6 for a bottle of water was a little much. The restaurant was also quite pricy. They offer valet parking for $25, but there is ample parking directly around the building. I also would have liked an additional rug around the bed or the floor. The concrete was rough after a long day on my feet.

The fireplace is so luxurious and the ability to enjoy the grounds.

It is pretty expensive for the area, but it is worth it after days of traveling in less comfortables places.
