The breakfast was not good it need a better menu. Every one in my party with about 20 people who stayed as well agreed.

I didn't like the fact that the night clerk would not allow my daughter to check into her room without paying an incidental fee with a credit card. Not everyone carries credit cards with them while they are on a trip especially if the room has already been paid for ahead of time. She did not care that my daughter and grandson had to drive to stay with relatives until we could get the situation resolved the next day which meant that was very unsafe for her at night time with a small child. I don't plan on ever making reservations with this hotel again make sure you have a credit card so you can pay a deposit for any incidental fees that you may happen to need to pay before you leave. My room was paid for through my checking account two days prior to our arrival. They already had my money didn't care if I like their service or not.

The staff made check in and out very easy. The room was one of the best i have stayed in.

I like that the amenities are new and updated. I especially loved that they have walk-in showers vs tub showers. It is so convenient! Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Never saw pool but breakfast was nice

Door closure was a little tricky. At times, you would think the door was closed, and the safety lock prevented the door from closing and locking. On one occasion, we closed the door only to find it not completely closed when we returned to the room. Instructions should be given by the front desk to ensure the door is closed and locked securely.
