We booked 2 rooms so we got the downstairs bathroom exclusively just for us. The place is exceptionally clean. The beds were super soft and cozy. Breakfast was light but free and good. The owners take pride in keeping this place nice and clean, the floors are even spotless! Would totally stay here again!

The bed was very comfortable, it wasn't too hot despite the hot weather outside. The room had every thing i needed.

There could have been some fresh fruit at breakfast or some herbal teas. Breakfast was all ultra processed food which I don't eat.

La grande chambre a l’etage était très confortable, avec salle d’eau independante (ce qui n’est pas le cas de toutes les chambres). Lit tres confortable, chambre propre. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit dejeuner. Pour se rendre à Oxford centre l’arret de bus est a deux pas et il faut compter 30mn. Si vous arrivez de Londres en train pensez a vous arreter a la gare Oxford Railway.

Betten waren super bequem. Küche und Garten waren schön und durften mitbenutzt werden. Der Bus in die Stadt fährt direkt um die Ecke. Es war sehr sauber und es wurde sich um alles gekümmert.

Das Badezimmer im Gang zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung ist sehr klein.

Too clean :) One can perhaps not really relax and feel at home because you are too scared to accidentally dirty something.
