There are minor improvements that can be done and another thing why my comments are in this order is due to the conversation I had with Cynthia, she's a good addition to the property asking the right questions willing to expand the properties footprint so in retrospect, I believe there will be a 100% on par soonest they're able to attend those events we spoke about. The property will meet the guests and visitors expectations on all fronts however - I cannot speak for the entire facility as I did not do a site inspection so I can comment holistically but at face value. Overall, its a beautiful venue, I enjoyed my stay!

My room didn't have aircon but I believe it will be fixed so the blanket did its job atleast, we're in winter so it's important to get the room warm upon my arrival regardless of time, the room needs to be warm so it wasn't bad to be honest

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Respond very quickly to concerns..Cynthia is such an amazing person..

It was rather cold, air-conditioning was not working during our stay, but they did try to fix it just didnt get it right at the time...few cockroaches spotted, but addressed by the team..

We did not have breakfast but the property was close to all the places we needed to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the property was clean and tidy and security good.

The friendly staff, the spacious rooms, and the manageress was very accommodating

We are a large group that attends a festival in Emmarentia every year, and we’ve always struggled to find accommodation that can host a big group while also offering a great braai area and a comfortable space to relax together the night before. Bosveld in die Stad is absolutely worth being a little further away from Emmarentia (where we needed to be). The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, and they even allowed us to check in a bit earlier at no extra cost, which we really appreciated. There is also a cash bar on the premises where you can buy drinks, which made our stay even more convenient. Bosveld in die Stad is located right across from an OK Foods and a petrol station, so you don’t have to travel far if you quickly need to grab something you forgot. We will definitely be staying there again next year!
