GBGreat location, 20 min walk from the beach & local to the town (a few minutes drive). Staff were easily contactable, friendly and helpful with sorting out a couple of small issues. Lovely comfortable property, equipped with most things you’d need. Good size outside area and nice big hot tub. A bonus to have sheep & horses in the surrounding fields (new friends for our dog :D )
Attention to a few small details would have made it a 10/10…. Bath mat needed in upstairs bathroom, as very slippy when using shower. Couldn’t find a hairdryer (listed as having one on the description). A couple of bulbs out in the upstairs bathroom and outside light not working. An easy way of securing the main gate would have been good, particularly as the main road is close by, as our dog loves finding an escape route!! We improvised & used a lead to secure it when needed! Still a fabulous property and would revisit.
GBGreat location and perfect for what we wanted to do. Space/rooms were great for the size of our party. The outdoor deck was great to enjoy the afternoon sun.
There was a problem with hot tub which resulted in it being very very hot and we could not control the temperature. This ment the children could not use it which was really disappointing. In the kitchen there was no washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets, replacement black bags which was frustrating as most rental places provide these. The frying pans were very old and hard to see if they were clean.

could do with a sign post at the bottom of the drive as we kept driving past 😊

GBGBThe house was perfect for my family and 2 labradors. Plenty of enclosed garden and the hot tub was an extra treat. It was very private, which made our stay even more relaxing and beautiful sea views. It was central for the beaches , Barmouth and Harlech, which are stunning and dog friendly. Highly recommend. Thank you for our wonderful stay in your beautiful house. Will be booking again next year. 😀

GBBeautiful property in a beautiful location. Loved the outside space and was very spacious.
The only thing that would put me off returning is the beds. Particularly the one downstairs, which meant I couldn’t fully enjoy the holiday as it really affected my sleep.
GBEverything about the property and the facilities were fantastic. Can’t fault anything about it . I would definitely choose to stay there again .We all had a lovely time .
