Picabon Quiet Apartment with AC & Balcony

Clean and close to great restaurants and the beach. On a relatively quiet street.

Early morning construction and painting with work that would wake us up early.

exceptional staff and comfortable apartment. the ceiling falls pieces to the floor so have to sweep very frequently and also the bed is dated a bit old and uncomfortable. it’s a very nice location and clean apartment.

We enjoyed our stay in the Cinque Terre and were thankful to have Picabon Apartment as our base. It is in the beautiful old town of Monterosso, a short walk from all the restaurants and bars(About 15min to the train station). It is also a just a short distance to the water and the best public beach in Monterosso - convenient for getting there early in the morning before the crowds hit. The apartment was clean and well stocked. Appliances all worked perfectly. The balcony was great to have and the washing machine was particularly useful. The main issue is the quality of the bedding. The bed should be replaced and the pillows were not very comfortable. For the price we paid and the quality of the apartment overall we would have expected better. All in all, we would choose Picabon again on return if the mattress is replaced!
