"Disappointing "

Not for us really. Clean enough. Only a rail to hang your clothes. Would have been ok for one night.

"Great room"

We really enjoyed our stay at the Lofts. The room was easy to get to, only a 5 minute walk to Broadway. Make sure to use the Library parking garage, much cheaper than other parking structures downtown.

A wonderful place to stay. Close to everything, multiple parking areas close by. The room was clean, comfortable and very nice. Will absolutely stay here again.
