Casa Stefania Rimini

We had a really great stay at Casa Stefania Rimini.!! Very helpful and friendly owner. She help us a lot both prior our visit and during our stay. The apartment was really nice, so clean , comfortable beds and had all equipment needed. We used the kitchen for cooking and also here everything we might need was there. The location was great, quiet but still near the beach and the bus stop. About 15 min with bus to the city and old town. We were here in April/May so it was very quiet on the beach and not all shops were open, but we found a great restaurant nearby that we visited 3 times! Excellent food! We loved our stay and have nothing to complain about. I can really recommend this place! 👍🏻🙌🏻

The apartment is one bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed. The sofa bed mattress is not comfortable.

Basically - to keep it short - everything was great. Host was super nice and super responsive. Location is next to nice beach and a lot of activities for small kid. So, really great.

Parking space is limited and we were quite late so needed to park some 200-300m away on designated parking place but it was no big deal and host has provided all the necessary information and was easy to find and reachable easy by foot.

Noisy neighbors upstairs / nearby - the sounds travels easily between rooms. Parking in the area is challenging.

The property was clean, with a fast internet connection, and a very comfortable bed.

Very nice private safe & secure apartment with fresh clean furnishings. Very modern. 5 minutes walk to the beach. A balcony at the front & rear of the apartment. We'll equipped. Friendly hosts. Although I do not speak Italian we communicated well with Google translate. TV had Netflix & YouTube which I find useful. Microwave/multi cooker & stove top which was very modern that most young people would like. A very lovely apartment.

I like to sleep with windows open. I chose this location out of season hoping to relax. Unfortunately a nearby bar chose to play loud music 2000 hours until 2300 hours each weekday night & on my last night Thursday it went on till past midnight. Unfortunately this meant I could not fully enjoy the front balcony in the evening. I had to have windows closed & shutters down. The soundproofing was then successful. The front balcony too was noisy from the traffic. This was unfortunate & inconsiderate of the bar owner. I made the most of it & still enjoyed this pleasant apartment, not the hosts fault, they have done their best. It was very clean but I do think the washing machine needs a freshen up cleaning cycle. I always leave the door open to avoid the dank odour. The cooking equipment I used a bit but very modern for me who is not used to it.
