This is the most awful experience anyone could experience. My brother booked the hotel from 13- 15th march and checked online, however, the staff rejected his entry at the middle of the night although he has remotely checked in through the link they themselves have provided due to the reason that he is a Sri Lankan national. This hotel is apparently is open for Indians only which has not been included in the booking.com or in their own website. At night he had to find a different place to stay. This is the most unprofessional hotel I had ever come across. And he has refused the refund saying that we have not cancelled the booking on time when we actually went to check in and they stopped our entry. We have proof that my brother went to the premises and he was rejected by the front office. Terrible customer service, after service and responding to the customer queries. Please do not visit this hotel at all if you need a safe place to stay.
