The pool

We had to move 3 times , 1 room had no a/c, next room the toilet didn't flush, then we got one that everything worked, I asked for a discount as my husband is handicapped and it took a lot out of us, and they took off a couple of dollars, at 9 pm at night to keep moving rooms, we had driven 13 hours and just wanted sleep

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us! Travelling with seniors, they changed our rooms to bottom floor, easy access. Very eager to be helpful. Room was great, very clean. Would stay again.

The outside door lock on my door would not work. The card did not work and the other door was bolted from inside. A helpful and clever employee ultimately solved the problem, but it took an hour.

Check in staff had so poor (English) language skills to the point where she could not be understood. Toilet was hit and miss whether it would fill back up with water after flushing. Bathroom needs a little love (small section of tub had finish peeled off it, tub needs recaulking). Breakfast was ok. A/C was ok. Nice that this property is trying to be enviro-friendly with pump dispensers rather than individual soap products.
