Accueil chaleureux. Le propriétaire nous a emmené en voiture à l’arrêt de bus.

Localisation mal renseignée sur Booking. L’hôtel ne se situe pas au centre ville, et est très mal placé (regarder l’adresse sur Google Maps pour avoir la localisation correcte). Pas du tout comme sur les photos. Draps troués, salle de bains non nettoyée (cheveux aux sol, chewing-gum dans le lavabo), pas d’eau dans la lavabo. Passable pour y rester une nuit.

L'emplacement est ok, au centre de Medan

Le service est médiocre. D'abord, personne ne parle ou lit l' anglais et même Google traduction n'aidait pas. La chambre n'était pas du tout comme sur la photo de l'annonce. La salle de bain était sale, les draps tachés de sang et le mobilier endommagé. Il y avait une télé mais rien ne fonctionnait. La chambre était au 3eme étage et le wi-fi ne se rendait pas.
