Skepparholmen Nacka

En helg med spa. Polen ute var trevlig att avnjuta en eller två öl i. Bastun höll temperaturen och de gungande fåtöljerna skvalpade i takt med vattnet. De veganska alternativen lyste med sin frånvaro i menyn på middagen. Dock kunde kocken slänga ihop (möjligen frysta) kroppkakor tillsammans med primörer. Frukosten erbjöd heller ingen större variation inom det veganska. Dock åter igen hittade kocken lite hummus som jag är tacksam för. In- och utcheckning fungerar smidigt med leende personal.

Noticeable and hearable construction going on on the property and entrance. No information given. At check in there was no personal at the front desk and had to be called via phone and still toke very long to be reached and show up. The rooms were not comfortable and not well cleaned. Very small and tight. The breakfast buffet was very simple and no variation whatsoever and of not very high quality either. Staff was not attentive throughout the hotel. A smile was yet to be found. Unfriendly service at dinner. Overall the property isn’t as portrayed on the booking site, unfortunately the value for money doesn’t match.

Old outdated facilities Rooms with almost no amenities (example no intercom, to contact reception). Beds uncomfortable General facility layout and style ( bungalow types, old brown floor tiles, you need to walk through rain and snow to reach the main building or even the spa. No real bar or lounge area to hang after the day, so not worth to stay overnight, there is nothing to do. The "Bar" feels more like a waiting area. General feels not like a spa hotel, which for the price I would expect. It has more of a youth retreat from the 80"s feeling. Restaurant is overpriced for the given portions. Spa is ok, could feel tight if busy. Spa sitting / waiting area same not welcoming feeling
