The break fast was okay

Besides the stench as we opened the door, there was no water, We couldn't bath on the day of arrival and the following day in the morning, I only bathed on the day I was checking out. First day of arrival I had to quickly go out check the event I was organising nearby, came back in the evening and there was no water, made a call and fell asleep while waiting for the water to get fixed, I still woke up early to no water in the morning. We were the ones to make calls, no apology nor assurance as we were enquiring about the water issue, even the person who received intercom calls seemed to not know what was going on.

Staff's friendliness.

Although the room was clean, there was dust on curtain rails and on top of the headboard.

A bit of improvement required on breakfast presentation.

So far so good.
