"V.small, 2 adults and a hanging rail was a squeeze. Suitable for one person or a ‘close’ couple."

Location is great for central Ryde. Property was clean and was laid out and furnished well given the very limited space.

There was NO hanging space at all! I sent 3 messages asking if there was hanging space, none were answered. We brought a hanging rail just in case. Just as well we did.

Pleasant setting

No sheets or towels supplied, had to go out to buy them 8pm at night - reimbursed for purchase. Studio had not been cleaned, had to clean it and wash up dirty dishes - gesture of goodwill received from owner with reimbursement 2 months later!

"Beautiful little bolt hole of rest and recuperation"

A perfect bolt hole for some well deserved rest & recuperation. Homely with quality fixtures and fittings, with plenty of period character. Super comfy beds and bedding as well. Hamilton Studio has clearly been loving restored and makes use of the space cleverly.

The only thing we would recommend is some luxury bath sheets to match the quality of everything else.

"Beautifully appointed, quiet Georgian studio apartment in the heart of cosmopolitan Ryde. Near buses, trains and ferries"

A beautiful little quirky studio where my dog could stay with me. Everything you could have wanted to cook or prepare food was there. Very central in Ryde but also quiet. When I arrived the heating and hot water wouldn’t come on. At first the owner was a bit dismissive but finally arranged for maintenance person to come and repressurize the boiler. Then it was toasty warm.

No grass for dog to do a wee although it is advertised as pet welcome. Nancy won’t wee on concrete or stones so every night we had to walk down to the promenade before bed where there was a strip of grass. However, I even got to enjoy my late evening stroll….

The location was great for the town & beach areas.

The size of the property is just about big enough for 2 adults so with a dog or a small child there isn't enough space indoors. A nice little garden for the summer though.

"Not quite right."

Location, cleanliness & the facilities with the exception of the totally uncomfortable & inadequate seating.

Useless seating area was home made, to high, to hard & cushions to thin. Lack of hanging space.

Clean, off-rd parking

Internet/smart TV wasn’t working very well. Nowhere to hang clothes, iron was too small, duvet was too thick for warm weather
