Excellent stay! Helpful staff and clean room. Close to Bryce Canyon and not too far from Zion. Will come back.

Property was very small/tight quarters and very warm. There were dead bugs on the window sills and the furniture was ancient. Their no refund policy meant we had to pay for the night there and find a place that was clean at the last minute. Disappointing, did not end up staying even though we paid for the full stay.

Room small but cozy.

Nice comfy room but on the small side. Very clean and well-maintained. AC was not as strong as we would have liked. No mini-fridge in room. Ice machine not conveniently located.

Our room was clean, but it was a little small, especially the bathroom. It was convenient that the motel had a restaurant, so we were able to eat some of our meals there. The food was also not very expensive and the staff was very friendly. It was about a 30 minute drive to Bryce Canyon from the motel.

Driving in late in the evening heading north on 89, I missed the place because I didn’t see a well lit up sign. I wasn’t using a GPS. After pulling in and picking up our room number I didn’t know there were more rooms down stairs, but assumed there were. A sign would be helpful or directions on the paper to my room. But other than the guests in 13 who woke us up arguing right outside our door, enjoyed the room. Thanks!

Very friendly and courteous the whole process was very easy. The room was a little outdated, but very clean very happy with our experience. Will go back if in the area
