Nice, cosy and modern family room. Amazing dinner at the restaurant with local food and a wine menu with a large selection (mostly local wine). Safe parking on the spot. I would strongly recommend this hotel

Environnement exceptionnel dommage que notre check in n’est pas été fait le maintins comme l’indique les informations lors de la réservation, encore plus dommage que le staff ne nous ai pas informé que le petit déjeuner s’arrête à 10:30 le dimanche du jamais vu!…. Résultat 3 petits déjeuners payés pas pris pas remboursé car accès à la salle de petit déjeuner refusé à 10:15!…

"Belle découverte "

Belle découverte, très bonne table, établissement de bon standing. Un seul petit bémol le chemin de fer juste à côté de l’hôtel. Mais bon cela ne m’empêchera pas de refaire un prochain séjour 😊.

Bon séjour . Bon restaurant. Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir eu de salle de bain contrairement à la promesse de l'offre. Nous avons apprécié les plats individualisés du petit déjeuner en ces temps de covid. Nous trouvons qu'il pourrait y avoir des interrupteurs pour rendre indépendant l'éclairage des wc. Surtout nous déplorons, pour le prix payé, qu'il n'ait pas été précisé que le spa était en supplément alors qu'il ne l'est pas en cas de réservation auprès de l'hôtel lui-même.

Très bel établissement. Lumineux et agencé avec goût. Personnel aimable. Fort regrettable cependant d'etre obligé de rajouter 25€ par personne soit 50€ pour un couple pour avoir acces à la piscine ou la salle de sport. D'autres établissements du même type n'ont pas cette politique du forfait supplémentaire... Payé pour des soins dans un spa c'est normal. Payer pour se défendre dans une piscine un jacuzzi ou une salle sport ..c'est limite...

Séjour familial, 2 chambres un peu petites mais confortables. Gros point négatif, la piscine n était pas inclue dans notre prix de la chambre et le prix demandé était de 25 euros par personnes!!! Pour 2 h maximum ☹️

"Magnifique!"

Un magnifique hôtel tout rénové qui sent bon. Très bon confort, calme, spacieux, les chambres sont tres agréable, le personnel très avenant. Une agréable surprise pour une ville passante comme Tournus.
