La ubicación es muy buena.

La cama estuvo muy incomoda, demasiado dura la cama y casi no pude descansar debido a ello. Conozco muchos lugares mejor adecuados que cobran menos, me pareció que cobran por el lugar pero realmente el hotel no es muy moderno. Las habitaciones y todo está muy viejo y el baño de la habitación ni funcionaba bien... No lo recomiendo, muy caro para lo que realmente ofrece. En otra oportunidad buscaré otro lugar.

La cercanía a todos los principales lugares turísticos

Algunos de los empleados no son amables. Resaltó que ha otros que sí lo son. Pero no se siente nada de calidez por parte de algunos.

Todo súper bien, un hotel muy cómodo y limpio. El personal super atento y dispuesto en atender. Los señores Néstor y Gerardo excelentes anfitriones. El hotel es en toda la entrada a Guatape con excelente vista al lago, y muy cerca a la piedra del peñón y tiene unas piscinas muy limpias y agradables. El servicio de restaurante muy bueno y el desayuno super rico. No nos queríamos ir. Volveremos. Muy recomendado

La cercanía al pueblo y a la piedra.

Que me cobraron adicional de mi hijo de 14 años, cuando por Booking había solicitado habitación familiar cuádruple para 3 adultos y un niño (menor de edad). Tampoco me gustó que llegamos a la 1 PM y no nos dejaron guardar el equipaje no tenernos la mascota mientras íbamos a la piedra del peñol.
