Rubbish Disposal having to use the street bins as opposed to the court yard.

Spacious, and for once we did not have the entry battles with keys and codes that we have experienced all too often in Italy. Instructions were detailed and very clear. A lovely apartment - only complaint is that no soap was provided (almost certainly an an oversight, as everything else was).

A great apartment. Great location. Plenty of space for 4 people.

It seemed clean but walking around in socks or barefooted showed the floors were dirty.

It was very comfortable, and the location was also great! Several cafés, restaurants, and markets around! Spending a few days in the city while we worked was perfect. I would recommend it!

Alot of the furniture was broken..drawers ..table very wobbly..no covers for duvets not enough towels for one week stay.Also I was given the wrong instructions for accessing the apartment having waited 4 hours to get in !!!there should be better arrangements for accessing the apartment

The location is 5 stars! Turin centro is fully accessible by foot. No need for bus/tram/metro fare. The apartement is large enough for a family of 4.

The CLEANLINESS !!! The place was cleaned very lightly but the bathrooms and toilets... completely untidy. We are seasoned travelers, and this was our very first time to experience such untidiness. Bathroom 1 had hair on the door and some kind of gooey residue, dust on the towel rack, mirror not wiped, toilets hole with stinky traces... bathroom 2 - shower tub really shady with brown traces all around. Even the soap bearer was brownish. The thing is, I reported the issue with focus on bathroom 1 - and provided pictures - because I had not used bathroom 2 yet. Well, they send somebody to clean up - turns out they cleaned exactly what was reported on the pictures nothing else - and when I asked about bathroom 2, I was told that it was going to cost us. Freaking unbelievable. It's a shame because the place has so much potential ... completely ruined by a poor cleaning company and ridiculous procedures. At almost 200€ a night, I expected more. PS : we were let in the apartment almost 2hrs late because they were still cleaning ( I wonder what they were really doing) and to leave I had a nice reminder to be gone by 10 am latest and there can be no extra time because the cleaning company (again) was scheduled to come by. I had certainly not planned to stay an extra time in a place I was not comfortable in, but still, some hospitality people! We were gone by 8 am and will certainly not be staying at any of their location anywhere in the world.

Bedrooms are really big and beds are comfortable, the lounge is a good size too. The kitchen is ok space wise but has all the appliances needed (minus the nespresso capsules)?

Both showers were clogged so very uncomfortable to shower in a pool of water. The flat is also quite dark and noisy on the side of the road (people talking outside all night!!!). The property has no waste bins so you have to walk about to throw your trash away which isn’t ideal.

The location, space, and facilities were ideal for our family: me and my husband with his parents and our 2 teenagers. We walked almost everywhere from the apartment, and the Porta Susa train station and metro/tram stops are close by. The kitchen is well-equipped and we were able to do laundry with the washer and drying rack. Ample space with a good layout: The en-suite bedroom gave our aging parents their own separate space and bathroom, removed from our bedroom, the main living room where our boys stayed, and the 2nd bathroom that we used. The kitchen and table with the outdoor balcony gave us a nice place to hang out separate from the main living room where our boys stayed.

The pullout sofa bed was very uncomfortable (metal bar and thin mattress). Ideally we would have met someone at the apartment to avoid paying extra for our airport transfer driver to make the extra stop to pick up the keys, but at least it was a quick stop and relatively close.
