Worst customer experience as the hotel cancelled our booking (after a short notice of a few hours that we didn't see because we were at work) just to make profit by booking someone else for more $$ as it was Nyege Nyege festival We already went to Nile Front Cottages but the incredible unprofessional way you handled this forbid to use this facility ever again

"A good time away from the busy Kampala town"

Serene, clean and has good food.

The room was next to a slightly distant bar/hangout joint. So we could slightly hear the music. But the rooms further down wouldn’t hear a thing.
