The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön

Der Innenpool ist sehr klein , verglichen mit der Anzahl Gäste. Er war ständig von Kindern besetzt, so dass Erwachsene keine Chance hatten, ein paar Schwimmzüge zu machen.

The bed was so comfortbal We were given a room with an incredible view of the sea. The staff were professional, reliable, and very service-oriented. The Italian restaurant was absolutely delicious, and the service there was amazing as well. The room was large and spacious. And the small surprises they left for us in honor of our honeymoon really warmed our hearts.

The soap in the shower in the room ran out and wasn’t replaced. The shampoo in the room also ran out — someone noticed it but forgot to bring a new one. Also, every time we entered the dining room, we were told that it closes at 10 a.m. It felt a bit uncomfortable to hear this repeatedly from different staff members. The washing machine and dryer are particularly very expensive. We also needed to make urgent international calls and were asked to pay for them. It feels like a lot of money is being charged for services that should be inexpensive or even provided for free.
