Gute Poolanlage, ruhige Insel

Essen war eher duchschnittlich und teuer, Hotel könnte besser helfen Taxis zu organisieren um rechtzeitig an den Flughafen zu kommen anstatt uns 1h warten zu lassen - Shuttle Service der nur 2x am Tag fährt ist dann halt einfach zu wenig um es in der Hotelbeschreibung aufzunehmen

외진곳에 숙소가 위치해있으면 기본적으로 매점이나 편의점이 잘 구성되면 좋겠는데 너무 최소한만 판매하는 매점만 있음. 외부에서 음식을 구매해와서 먹기에도 전자레인지 서비스가 없음. 주변식당, 편의점 없음. 리조트 내 레스토랑 가격대는 비싼편.

海が目の前にある。ホテル内のレストランも美味しい。

団体の旅行客かうるさかったが、ロビー以外でタイミングがずれていれば、それほど気にならない。

Location is great. Right by sesoko beach which is beautiful.

Music is played all day. The scuba equipment for rent is not cheap and could do with some upgrades. The balcony above the restaurants where the rooms look into could do with some cleaning or beautifying. The carpets on the room floors could do with more regular vacuuming, there was always sand noticeable especially by the the lift area

As was already mentioned by other guests the hotel is a bit outside and around 2 hours by car from Naha. But very close to Oceanarium. But for us it was not disadvantage. Everything else was perfect. Amazing breakfast. Very beautiful beach. We didn’t book dinner advance but you have minimum 4 different options for dinner: Italian restaurant, grill, buffet and couple cafes around hotel. Highly recommend buffet(All day dining)-we regret that we haven’t second stomach. Special thanks for the cotton candy machine. The adults were happy as a kids with that. The room is very nice, fresh and modern.

It's a nice hotel with a beach nearby and a pool. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was lovely. We had a great view from a balcony

I got food poisoning from the buffet meaning I spent the last two days of my trip in the room incredibly unwell before then having to leave for the airport and fly home to Australia. The restaurants are crazy expensive (especially for what you are getting) and the service was so disorganized. They forgot two dishes we ordered the first night, and the second night they forgot our drinks. We had to order them with three separate waitresses before we got a drink. I have stayed at other Hiltons before and was excited to stay here but ultimately left feeling a bit ripped off, disappointed, and most importantly sick! Not a single staff member asked if I was ok, or checked in on us at all, even after my partner had told them that I was in the room with food poisoning. They didn't even ask us about our stay when we checked out, they just gave us a bill and took the keys.
