Stylish Apartment near Av. Liberdade

We (3 adult females) stayed here for 5 nights & the property was exactly as it looked on the photos. It was clean, comfortable & in a great, quiet location. Communication from management was also great & easy to understand. There is an aldi 3 min walk away & a lot of other little newsagent type shops, so everything you could possibly need is very close buy. You are a 30minute walk to the river, with all the shops/tourist bits a short walk away. The metro & bus lines are also easily accessible.

The only downside to the property (if I had to give one) was the upstairs neighbours being very heavy footed/dropping things. The floors are obviously not soundproof, so we could hear them walking about late at night/early morning. This didn’t detract from our stay though or goes against the property at all. I would stay here again. The only other warning I would give, is that if you get public transport from the airport (like we did as it was super easy), be aware that the property is up a steep hill! Apple Maps directs you from the metro to some steps to get to the road the property is on - ignore this & continue walking past them (stairs on the left) to either of the next 2 side roads, as both of these don’t have stairs. The last turning on the left is less steep than the first, but it’s definitely better than the steps! Again, this is a word of warning but definitely wouldn’t stop us staying here again.

Appartement pas très bien insonorisé. Il y avait pas mal de bruit (de pas et de voix) venant de l’appartement d’au-dessus. Pas gênant la journée, mais beaucoup plus la nuit

Apto exatamente como as fotos mostradas no site. Apto muito bem localizado, mobiliado com muito bom gosto, cozinha com utensílios necessários em uma casa, muito agradável, , próximo da avenida Liberdade. Voltaria com certeza.

Não houve algo de que não gostasse.

Tuvimos un gran problema con la empresa que gestiona la casa, nunca nos ha pasado algo tan desagradable.

Sehr gut gelegen, Wohnung sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet

Lage ist top, sehr zentral und nah an der Metro gelegen. Aldi in der Nähe, kleine Restaurants. Alles war sauber und gut vorbereitet. Die Kommunikation war super.

Da gibt es fast nichts, außer, dass man wissen sollte, dass die Appartments sehr hellhörig sind und man die Nachbarn über einem durchaus hören kann. Hat uns aber nicht weiter gestört.

Fijne locatie dichtbij Avenida metro station, waarmee je vrij snel alle kanten op kunt. Omdat de locatie ook wat verder van de drukke straat is, is het hier lekker rustig.

De douchedruk kan beter, het duurt tevens wel even voordat het water warm is. Met een mengkraam vrij lastig de temperatuur en druk lekker te krijgen.
