Хорошее расположение - если цель посетить мавзолей и Керуен Сарай то самое удобное расположение. Приветливый персонал, в целом соответствует политики компании.

Состояние сан. техники в номере - требует замены.

Местоположение 10/10 Рядом все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Номера чистые. Номер с видом на мавзолей дали. Шведский стол 10/10. сотрудники все приветливые, отзывчивые. Особенно хочу отметить Светлану и ее напарницу(извините, имя забыла,очень редкое имя было)за отзывчивость и прекрасное отношение! Кстати советую попробовать кофе, он очень вкусный.

Расположение отеля очень удобное, все развлечения были в шаговой доступности.

В нашем номере не было уборки, даже мусор не выносили. В первый же день заклинило дверь в душевую, пришлось вызывать техника. На этаже постоянно капала вода с потолка, звук раздражал. Завтрак был скупой, без особого ассортимента, кофемашина работала нестабильно. В отеле не было спа салона и бассейна. Стоимость проживания совсем не соответствовала качеству.
