Staff was awesome

Everything was comfortable and nice.

The bathroom needs more ventilation, it smelled bad the whole stay.

We enjoyed that the staff were approachable. We extended our stay and they made sure that we didn’t have issues. We also enjoyed that if we came down 10min before the kitchen closed, the breakfast would still be warm and there was plenty for the whole family.

On Sunday night, we headed down to enjoy the pool but after being there for two minutes our eyes began to burn from the chlorine. We do understand that the concentration has to be high in order to keep it clean for all the travelers but it was an amenity we hoped to enjoy.

Very bad staff , they gave me handicap room I didn't book that we are all good shape me my wife my Son, why did they do that I'm not happy at all washroom was miserable water everywhere discussing, rooms smell bad ets

Nothing at all I want my refund money back

Location and price

The description on booking.com did not match what we actually got. They said making reservations through a third company party does not mean that you get what you ask for. Very disappointed will never go back there again and will never use booking.com again. Did not have a fold out sofa or a room divider as described also the bathroom is like an echo chamber. As if everybody is sitting right there in the room with you it’s pretty bad.

The only complaint was the breakfast couldn’t keep up with the guests. A lot if waiting for food to be replenished.

Good location

Room was noisy because the workout room was next door. It also sounded like all the water drain pipe ran next to my room.
