Unit was great grounds a little off. One pool closed. Gate to parking was broke, they did fix it. Path to beach had a sign, watch for venomous snakes.

We had an excellent time. The condo was comfortable we had an amazing view, the water was hot and pressure was amazing, the floors could have used a good cleaning and I would strong suggest leaving the guests a broom considering we are right there on the beach and sand gets tracked in (i like to clean up after myself) Other than that everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If i were to ever return to Tybee. Lighthouse point would be the only place id consider staying.
USThe location was perfect. The instructions for check-in were extremely detailed. The condo was very clean and nicely furnished.
The walk to the beach was a bit of a hike thru the dense white sand. Just know that you will need a little muscle to pull a wagon if you have one.

The air conditioning continued to stop working I had to purchase 2 fans while there The sofa sleeper was hard as rocks, was not able to sleep on it. The photos pictured the property as being closer to the beach The path that led to the beach had a danger sign about poisonous snakes possibly on the trail, my friend was horrified to walk the trail to the beach I will be posting my concerns on the web site
USThe room itself wasn't bad. The housekeeper could have done a little better job cleaning. The rubber thing under the rugs was all bunched up making the rug a trip hazard. The garbage disposal smelt like death. Random bobby pins in the floor. We were on floor C. You have to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to your room. Only 2 units on the whole property are ocean view. We booked a room with an ocean view and couldn't see it anywhere. It's about a 10 minute hike to get to the beach. Yes there is a pier but it's only about 20 feet long the rest of the way is hot, loose sand. And don't let me forget the warning sign for venomous snakes on the trail! I got more exercise in this trip than a normal week at work.
