Bravissimo Raïms Penthouse

Good location in the old town.

- Extreme levels of noise at night until the early hours. Sometimes loud parties in the neighbouring flat until dawn. Other times people coming and going in the building all night. We asked to move to a different Bravissimo flat so we could sleep, but instead the staff advised us to call the police on the neighbours. In the end someone from Bravissimo spoke to the neighbours but it made no difference. Do not stay here if you want to sleep at all during your stay. - Constant, bad sewage smell in the flat. - Terrible beds with wobbly legs, cheap mattresses and old bedding. The pillows are so old and dusty that I had to buy a new one. - Kitchen not well equipped. No chopping board. Teeny rubbish kettle. Oven that randomly switches itself on and off when in use so cooking is challenging. We reported this, they sent someone to look and then told us nothing was wrong with it so we gave up. - Staff are friendly but can’t be bothered to help resolve any issues. Don’t expect any actual help from them. Overall an overpriced, cramped, dusty, smelly and excessively noisy apartment. Not recommended.

The drain from the bathroom smelly on occasions. The staff provided help to ease this. An old building so accepted the situation.

Location was great. Appartment was well equiped.

I don't think there was a smoke detector. Being on the top floor with no fire escape plan, it didn't feel very safe. The second bedroom was too hot with no A/C.

Towels were good quality and super soft.

The ilumination in the livingroom was poor so at night time was difficult to cook

Perfect location, big apartment, comfortable everything!

If I could say anything negative, it's that the big bed are 2 separate beds that don't really stay together, a pity if you're a couple but usefully if you're friends ;) A part from this everything was lovely

Excellent apartment. Friendly and accommodating staff. Penthouse was quiet and full of natural light. Everything looked new. Kitchen was fully equipped. It worked very well for our toddler (Pack&Play was supplied). I loved this apartment!

I wish they had also a dryer because we washed the clothes in the apartment but these days were so humid that the clothes took two days to dry. Other than that, the place is really perfect.
