Nice spacious and clean room. Delicious 4 course dinners and breakfasts. The staff and the owner being are very helpful, friendly and created really home like atmosphere.

"We had a wonderful week at The Hotel Kristall and if we return to that area to ski again I would be happy to book again."

Great location to be able to ski out the door and really nice to have a hot tub and sauna every day after skiing to relax the muscles. We enjoyed the hotel being a bit smaller and more personal.

The pillows were awful and I would bring my own if I stayed again but wouldn’t let that keep me from staying again because the hotel is overall really nice and cozy.

Hotel has a direct access to ski slopes and room was clean and warm. Breakfast was very good and dinner ok.

Dinner was good, but only one menu was offered.

"Perfect!"

Hotel with wellness directly on the ski slope. + There are two wellness areas and we went to the top floor one. It has a small whirlpool outdoor with view, restroom, sauna, and cold drinks. + Our room was fabulous: large, clean, well furnished, balcony with mountain view + Breakfast had a very good selection, and dinner included an appetizer salad and soup buffet, first and second course, and dessert. + Ski rental in the hotel, ski lift in 20 meters, you can even ski to the lift! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.
