The apartment is big with a lot of daylight, high ceiling, new and modern interiors. The sun is in the room most of the day - this makes it a really cool and beautiful place. Good access system - open doors either with a code or with a mobile. 10min walk to the city center. I find the value to be good and it is a nice modern place but it has quite a few things to work on to improve. Overall, nice place if you just stay over a weekend.

I really wanted to like the place but it is hard to do when you realize it was build for rent and those who rent it never bothered with the practicalities. - cleanness was ok, until we opened up a bed side table - there were pack of condoms and other items. The cleaner probably didn’t even know you could open these side tables;) - the apartment is facing the road yet the sound isolation is not great - take earplugs with you. On weekends it is pretty chill but on weekday there is a lot of traffic. - the top cabinets in the kitchen, where all the glasses are is on 2m hight. If you are short you can’t even reach it. - the shower has no shelve or holder for the shower gel - the bottle just stands on the floor - the shower gel is a cheap 3in1 kind. No separate conditioner or body lotion - no trash can in the bathroom - no towel dry track - no bathrobe or slippers. - cheap toilet paper - feels like a sandpaper. Overall - lots of small details that are missing to make it a great place, because the host never tried to live this rental unit themselves.

Rakennus ja itse asunto olivat moderneja ja tyylikkäitä. Sijainti lähellä keskustaa. Siistit ja hyväkuntoiset pinnat.

Pyyhkeille ei ollut kuivatustilaa. Kolmannen aikuisen vuode sohvalla epämukava, sopii paremmin ehkä lapselle tai pienikokoiselle aikuiselle.
