Moov'Appart Hotel Clichy

Mi experiencia ha sido lamentable, al llegar al hotel para el check in me dieron la llave de mi habitación, subí a la habitación y no me la prepararon, estaba sucia y sin arreglar, al parecer otro huésped acababa de dejar la habitación. Luego me dieron otra habitación pero diferente a la que solicité y pague, encima me cobraron el mismo importe por una habitación que no era la misma, no recibí ningún descuento por ello.

Close to metro station, cheap supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi) and nice bakeries. Very basic, but has all you need. Not very pretty building in a working class area, but we had a room with an Eiffel Tower view! Very quiet at night, noisy construction at daytime, which was minor as we spent days away in Paris. Helpful staff. Would stay again.

Aucunes informations transmises à mon arrivée. Wifi indisponible Chambre avec une odeur, cheveux et poussière sur le sol. Des pièces de monnaies étaient restées poser sur l’étagère du bureau

Déçue par la propreté et l’équipement de la chambre J’avais déjà séjourné en juin et les chambres étaient propres La c’est assez négligé ( table sale et tachée, tiroirs sales, sol pas net, nombreuses traces au mur, plinthe très sales Salle de bain non équipée : pas de porte papier toilette ni de porte serviette

Me and my wife was told by the reception when trying to check in yesterday that our room was cancelled. We was told that the reason was that was that my credit card was not valid. But we should pay when we arrived at the hotel and nothing is wrong with my credit card. The reason for cancelling the room is simply not valid. The hotel was fully booked and we didn´t have any room. After some discussions we was told to leave the hotel or they would call the police. This was a horrible experience.

Tuesday(September 20.), around 9:30pm, I got to a hotel and they said my reservation is declined and I can’t pay in cash. I didn’t understand why, because on Sunday (September 18th) I talked to someone online and they said I can pay in cash. I had a very very bad experience. In the middle of the night, I almost didn’t have a place to stay. I would really appreciate some refund.

Hôtel très bien situé, très propre personnel à l'écoute, literie confortable, un petit bémol chambre un peu exiguë

Everythig was great! Our arrival was heavily delayed past midnight but the staff was so helpful and the check in was very fast. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

The room was small but functional. Shower lacked pressure and there were no toiletries included
