Great breakfast, full of variety. One of the biggest food offerings at a breakfast buffet that I've ever seen. The room was comfy with a nice clean bathroom.

"Hotel needs to improve service"

Location convenience

Staff didn't pay attention to the booking details. My booking included breakfast but wasn't acknowledged. Instead of them double check my booking, i was asked to go to reception to confirm! So inconvenience! Too many non guests hung around hotels, smoking inside the corridor at level 3 where we stayed. No staff were around to clean the air and remove these people. It smells bad. Buffet dinner was so unorganised! Our table booking wasn't prepared. Again, too many non guests overloaded the dining area without being checked. Promotion was for 100 varieties of food, but it's barely reached 40. Foods. We booked for 18 people, and none of us had decent portions, mostly scraps, as others grabbed most of it. Additional food took ages to serve. Food was TASTELESS. No quality of it. We were so disappointed. Kitchen staff need further training, and this newer hotel needs major improvements.
