Great location and amazing staff.

Very tired. Some parts of the hotel are in very poor repair! Needed a good upgrade.

"A very pleasant and comfortable overnight stay"

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room had been upgraded and was spacious and comfortable. The shower was easy to use and we had robes and slippers which was great. We didn’t have dinner but breakfast was well cooked and tasty. The lounge and bar area was pleasant. Parking was easy and free.

Our room whilst very good was too warm for me, but the traffic was noisy so I only opened the window for a few minutes. There was a fan that I could have used, which makes being too warm my problem really!

Staff are very polite , , clean room, very spacious, facilities to nake a hot drink in the room, old building, on the door step to town

The water in the fridge made my partner and myself sick after drinking it

"Excellent and wonderful place."

Excellent customer service from the staff. The breakfast meal was quite good and comprehensive. The rooms are spacious and neat. Wifi connection is good and reliable through out. Hotel is not congested.

The breakfast cutoff time should be extended from 09.30AM to 10.30AM or 11.00AM.

Lovely welcome from the receptionist who gave me a better room. Spacious bathroom. Very good cooked to order breakfast. Free parking. Great location
