Locatie was goed, kamers waren groot.

Bij aankomst leek het wel een escape room om de sleutel te krijgen, vrij onduidelijk.

- This place is absolutely dishonest with the way they conduct buisness. - They let you reserve on booking with no cancellation possible, and NO MENTION of what's to come - Then, once you have reserved & paid, they force you to sign a completely abusive & over the top contract, or you don't get your key (and you will still have to pay) - To me, this is customer entrapment & should be prohibited by booking - Just so you know; among the term of the contract you sign, they even write that in case of wrong charges or double billing on your credit card, you agree to forfeit any reclamation!!!

Súper bien ubicado en Boquete, habitación apartamento equipado y limpio y zonas comunes súper bonitas. Vistas preciosas. Nos habían asignado una habitación interior sin luz y muy pequeña que no esperábamos así y nos gestionaron una mejor enseguida

El proceso de check in es completamente online y aunque para nosotras fue fácil había otros huéspedes teniendo dificultades. Algunos huéspedes estaban un poco agresivos con este aspecto y los tuvimos que aguantar en zonas comunes.

Great location! It is within walking distance to the center and great restsurants. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful garden. The room is very clean.

The check-in process is confusing. Make sure before coming to get a code to enter your room because threre is no staff to help you when you arrive.

Fijne locatie, dichtbij de hoofdstraat. Heerlijk wakker worden met een kop koffie en uitzicht op de tuin. Kamer van alle gemakken voorzien. De online receptie reageerde snel via WhatsApp. In eerdere berichten was te lezen dat mensen problemen hadden om het huisje binnen te komen. Dat hadden wij absoluut niet.

De koelkast stonk naar uien. Als je deze open deed hing de lucht rondom de keuken. Ook was er regelmatig een rioollucht in de kamer te ruiken.

I cannot rate the staff cause everything is done virtually. It can be easy and comfortable in some occasions but I really appreciate meeting the host or an employee at lease. The room is quite basic and old but the main area (kitchen & living room) are very nice and well equipped. In a very nice neighborhood with amazing view!

We helped 2 people with the check in as they are are not familiar with online check ins. We did not mind at all but a reception or availability to talk with someone would be very much appreciated.

Buenas tardes Nos estamos -El piso tiene un chirrido irritante no soportable -El agua del lavadero del baño esta atorado -El servicio de hotel que buscamos no existe. Que nos reciba una señora de limpieza que no responde cuando se le habla nos deja mucho que desear. No tienen recepción. Todas las indicaciones te la dan por wsp. -Las fotos del anuncio difieren de la realidad.
