En general todo muy bien

Pool was nice since it was indoor. Ice maker was always full.

Wasn't notified at check in of charges for light stains on towels (I have semi permanent hair color) after the first night I was told 3 towels had to be paid for at rate of 26 per large towel and 13 per small towel, I find a sticker on the bathroom mirror ATF with prices listed at 10 dlls (65 dlls total), she shows me the towels which she picked up from the floor, I agree to pay (exhausted after my dad's funeral) I ask why they were not washed and I get a rude attitude, I ask if they can wash them so I can use them and I am told I need to wait until the next day (it was 3 pm) I tell her what am I supposed to use and she says well the other towels... I know they will be stained.. her solution buy another one that is clean... it was such a disrespectful, bad service with no effort to make my stay comfortable, I ended up having an acquaintance drop off towels from her home. Will not choose this hotel as a first choice ever. BTW I did mention I just needed to shower since it had been a long stressful mourning day after my dad's funeral not even a forced I am sorry was uttered.

El inn en si está bonito y pintoresco, la comida del desayunador está deliciosa y la gente es muy amable, el problema principal fue la falta de agua caliente, nosotros nos hospedamos en el inn por qué íbamos a un evento y pensamos arreglarnos ahí, pues no hubo agua caliente ningún día y el personal aunque se disculpó diciendo que la caldera no funcionaba no solucionaron el problema. En resumen muy bonito el lugar pero como me baño sin agua caliente en tiempo de frío???
