Himmelschlösschen & Chalet Rose

De ligging van het complex is heel fijn. Het vormt een goede uitvalsbasis voor alle soorte uitjes alle.kanten op en de omgeving is werkelijk adembenemend mooi! Het feit dat er ern chinees restaurant op de hoek van de straat ligt was voor mij een grote + en een leuke verrassing!

De vriendelijkheid van het personeel, iig de dame die me te woord stond bij het ophalen van de sleutel (middels locker) en toen ik vragen had over de elektra in het appartement, liet wel te wensen over. Mijn Duits is een beetje roestig maar zij deed ook absoluut niet haar best om elkaar te begrijpen en werd zelfs snauwerig. Niet zo leuk.

From the moment we arrived until we left the wonderful town of Garmisch, we had a great experience. The apartment was a cozy, clean and very functional place with a great view. The owner was very welcoming and helpful when needed. We definitely will recommend it to our friends.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, die sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet ist.

Ruhige Lage mit guten Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr geräumige Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Ausstattung.

Keine bequemen Sessel auf dem Balkon, obwohl Sesselauflagen in der Wohnung waren. Auch kein Sonnenschirm. ARD-Programm war nicht zu bekommen.

De badkamer was verouderd, douchen moesten we met de hand omdat de ophanging kapot was. Daarnaast was er geen douchescherm waardoor de badkamer telkens blank stond. Dit was erg vervelend. Hierover hebben we een melding gemaakt, maar het duurde lang voordat we een reactie v Brigitte kregen. Tijdens ons verblijf is dit niet opgelost. In de boeking stond een ander bedrag dan dat er ingehouden is op de creditcard. Ook hierover kon Brigitte geen duidelijk antwoord geven. Erg klantonvriendelijk!

Sehr gute Lage, ruhiges Haus

A beautiful and spacious apartment in a very friendly neighborhood. Access to the apartment was awkward as the staff did not communicate the location of the new office where the keys were to be picked up. The office is only open for 1 hour, 4-5pm so no staff were available to assist. A handy key locker is available for after 5pm key pickup… if you know where to go.

I stayed in the Rose Apartment for five weeks and it was great! The location was perfect for being close to the Marshall Center and within a short walk or bus ride to just about anything I needed (grocery store, train station, etc.). The apartment is equipped with literally anything you could possibly need. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well-appointed and user-friendly. I didn't eat out once while staying here, because it was like cooking at home! Washer and dryer are in the basement and were readily available whenever I needed to do laundry. Downstairs neighbors were quiet and courteous. Wifi worked consistently. I loved seeing the mountains from the balcony. Brigitte was very responsive when I had a question or request.

Key pick up was fairly easy and not that big of a deal, but I'm a fan of self-check-in with keys left in a lock-box right on the property. I was lucky to have someone with a car pick me up from the airport. Had I been traveling by train, it would have been an extra taxi stop to get the keys and get to the actual house location.
